About Hinton Oaks Industrial Park

Hinton Oaks Industrial Park, located alongside I-540 at the intersection of Knightdale Boulevard and NC 64 Business, was established in 2014 by Wake Stone Corporation in partnership with local developer Williams Realty & Building Company. With the delivery of this final building in the fourth quarter of 2022, Hinton Oaks will boast six buildings comprising of 775,000 SF of industrial space. The first five buildings are 100 percent leased housing 10 corporate tenants, which have contributed significant jobs and investment to the local economy.

“The Eastern Wake submarket has certainly matured since our team started on the initial phases at Hinton Oaks,” said Colin Perry, Business Development Manager, Wake Stone Property Company. “Timing is everything and our team has capitalized during a time of rent growth and high absorption. We are pleased with the interest level on our latest building and are happy to announce our first lease to Chadwell Supply. They are an existing tenant and we are thrilled to continue our relationship with them as they grow within the park.”

The new building will feature 36-foot clear height ceilings, tilt up concrete construction, with thoughtful attention to details and landscaping. Conveniently located near Raleigh and with visibility and easy access to I-540, Hinton Oaks is the ideal location for local or regional distribution companies.
